The '''Bat''' was an enemy that appeared exclusively in [[Trick or Threat Town]] as part of the [[Halloween 2020 Event]]. They were spawned after a [[Vampire (Trick or Threat Town)|Vampire]] was killed. They had low health but were quite fast (faster than the [[Vampire (Trick or Threat Town)|Vampire]]). They could not be detected by ground towers or be hit by [[units]]. They were also hidden, meaning that the scope of towers that could hit the '''Bat''' was severely limited.

==Appearance==
The '''Bat''' took the appearance of a regular cave-dwelling bat. It was completely black and relatively small compared to the [[Vampire (Trick or Threat Town)|Vampire]], while also flying above the ground.

==Strategy==
*The only towers that can detect the '''Bat''' are Level 4+ [[Ace Pilot]]s, Level 5 [[Pursuit]]s and Level 2+ [[Sniper]]s.
**[[Ranger]]s are useless against '''Bats''' since they do not have hidden detection.
**[[Mortar]]s cannot detect '''Bats''', but it can hit them indirectly with its explosion.
***Most splash damage towers can hit the '''Bat''', even if the tower cannot detect it, as long as the enemy gets caught in the explosion.
*As these appear late in the game, you can save for an expensive hidden detection upgrade for an effective cliff or air-based tower.
**For example, the Level 5 [[Ace Pilot]] is a great counter to this enemy.
*When the '''Bat''' initially spawns from the [[Vampire (Trick or Threat Town)|Vampire]], it flies low enough for it to be hit by the [[Pyromancer]], [[Gladiator]] and [[Shotgunner]].
