==Description==
The '''Cavalry''' is a large enemy that appears in [[Badlands II]], later being the guardian enemy for the [[Gunslinger]]. The '''Cavalry''' spawns before the [[Gunslinger]], on the left and right paths of the [[Badlands II]] map. It has very high health, low amount of defense and a slightly slow speed. It has one ability, where it shoots a tower, stunning it for a few seconds.

The '''Cavalry''' is, uniquely, completely unaffected by the [[All Paths]] modifier, a trait that in [[Badlands II]] it only shares with the [[Gunslinger]]. It will instead alternate between paths, similarly to how enemies spawn in multi-pathed maps without [[All Paths]].

==Appearance==
The '''Cavalry''' is a giant humanoid with a waist and lower arms in its rig. It has a very desaturated green skin color. Its head is missing a patch of skin, revealing its skull. It wears a dark grey button up shirt with five yellow buttons, navy blue pants and very dark brown boots. It has a yellow and black belt with a gold buckle and a holster on its waist and a bandolier on its torso. It also has gold chevrons on its elbows and wears black gloves. It wears a beige cowboy hat and has a crimson shawl.

The '''Cavalry''' wields an 1860 Spencer lever action rifle to shoot towers and has a cartoonish walk as it holds it, having the rifle lean against its shoulder. It has a death animation, where it fall backwards, dropping its rifle in the process.

==Strategy==
*Multiple high DPS towers, such as the [[Accelerator]], [[Engineer]], [[Golden Minigunner]] or [[Turret]] are recommended.
**The [[Commander]] can be useful at boosting the firerate of these towers.
**You can use the [[Nuke]] consumable to instantly kill six '''Cavalries'''.
*Due to its immunities, stalling towers are far less effective against it.
**It cannot be frozen or chilled, as it has the [[Freeze Immunity]]. This also indirectly prevents it from having its defense dropped from freezing and prevents the [[Sledger]] from dealing double damage to it.
**As it has the [[Stun Immunity]], it cannot be knocked back. Stuns will also only slow it down instead of stunning it.
*The [[Medic]] can be helpful at shielding towers from the '''Cavalry's''' stuns.
