'''Release v1.1''' was the thirteenth update to be released on Tower Defense Simulator, on the 18th of October 2019. This update is notable for bringing the [[Halloween 2019 Event]], the third event in Tower Defense Simulator.

As with most updates before the [[Solar Eclipse Event]], there was no official name for updates. As a result, the name '''Release v1.1''' has been retroactively applied to this update. However, since this update brought the [[Halloween 2019 Event]], it can also be called, '''Halloween 2019 Update'''.

This version encompassed five updates, the main Release v1.1.0 update (released 18 October 2019) and three minor updates, the Release v1.1.0a (released 19 October 2019), the Release v1.1.1 (released 27 October 2019), the Release v1.1.1a (released the same day as Release v1.1.1, 27 October 2019) and the Release v1.1.1b (released 28 October 2019).
