Torchlight has been made unobtainable from the game as of the 26th of January 2022 as it was part of the Solar Eclipse Event.
Players with the item in question can continue using it, but you cannot obtain this item anymore, outside of limited-time promotional sales.

This emote was obtainable at Rank 2 of the Event Season Pass, which cost Error creating thumbnail: File missing 225 Solar Shards or Error creating thumbnail: File missing 75 at that rank. The total cost was Error creating thumbnail: File missing 375 Solar Shards or Error creating thumbnail: File missing 125.
