This map has been remade many times since its first addition to the game. ==Design & Path== {{Tabber |Current |The current version of Tropical Isles is an archipelago, with one small island, one large island and multiple small rocks scattered across the ocean. Each island has palm trees, small rocks, cliffs with grass that can be used as cliff spots and multiple grass patches. A red ship can be seen docked near the island, next to a wooden bridge. The yellow stone path starts and ends at two caves. It takes two long meanders, avoiding the natural environment. |Version 3 |The third version of Tropical Isles was an archipelago, with small islands that surrounded the large main island, though as the map appeared to be at low tide, the islands were interconnected by a shallow beach. Each island had trees, rocks and a grass patch. The main island had most of the rocky terrain. Several wooden piers, some broken, jut out from the main island. A wooden red cross could be seen lying against a rock. The brown pebble path started and ended at two caves. It took three long meanders, avoiding the natural environment. |Version 2 |The second version of Tropical Isles was a low-lying archipelago with various islands dotted around. There were very few man-made objects, with a pirate ship, wooden bridges and a cross in the ground, which signified treasure, being the only artificial things to note. Various palm trees were dotted around the map. The brown pebble path began and ended at two caves. It crossed the ocean twice, to and from the main island, to a minor island via wooden bridges. |Version 1 |The first version of Tropical Isles was a sandy island in the middle of the ocean. There were a few rocks, where you could place cliff towers on, some coconut trees, some cannons and six piers with three ships anchored to them. There was also another ship and a small island in which you could place ground towers on, both were in the distance. Some red crosses in the ground could also be found, signifying treasure. The brown path started and ended at two caves. It took three long meanders. }} ==Interactive Map== ==Rewards== The game calculates how many Coins, Gems and you receive based on how many waves you survived and if you won a match. During periods of 100% more (Friday β Sunday), any earned is multiplied by 2x through the XP Boost modifier. The VIP gamepass also multiplies any earned by 1.25x through the VIP Boost modifier. These two boosts are additive. Regular boosts are multiplicative with other modifiers present on this map. Any rewards that end in a decimal point is rounded down, no matter the first figure of the leading decimal. ==Strategy== *There is plenty of space in the middle of the map to place all the ground troops that are required. **Do note that this is some distance away from the start of the map meaning that summoner enemies, like the Necromancer can spawn enemies before being attacked. *There are two main grassy rocks in which cliff towers can be placed upon. **While this should be fine for most people, you may find that cliff space is limited. ==Gallery== {{Gallery| Map Icons <gallery> TropicalIsle.png|First version (19 July 2019 β 29 October 2020) TropicalIsles.png|Second version (29 October 2020 β 8 May 2021) TI logo.png|Third version (8 May 2021 β 5 August 2022) </gallery> View <gallery> Pirate.png|First version (19 July 2019 β 29 October 2020) TropicalIslesV.png|Second version (29 October 2020 β 8 May 2021) TropicalIsleView.png|Third version (8 May 2021 β 5 August 2022) </gallery> Icons <gallery> OldStyle1.png|First version on the game icon. Also on another island, you could find a socket puppet with a Cowboy hat on a raft. *Unlike many other maps that existed prior to the MEGA Update, this map was not remade or removed. This was quite strange considering that it retained a blocky style, similar to maps that were remade. This map was later remade in the Overhaul Update and multiple other times in future updates. *In the third version of this map, an enemy-looking humanoid could be seen sunbathing on the beach. This humanoid did not represent any enemy in-game. **This humanoid looked somewhat similar to the 6238565887 accessory in the catalog. ==Update History== *20 July 2019 - BETA v1.6.0d **Tropical Isles added. *2 August 2019 - BETA v1.7.0 **Difficulty changed from OldNormal to OldEasy. *5 August 2019 - BETA v1.8.0 **OldEasy difficulty removed. *29 October 2020 - Overhaul v1.0.0 **Tropical Isles remade. **Normal difficulty added. **No longer gives a badge upon first triumph. *8 May 2021 - Overhaul v1.3.0 **Tropical Isles remade. *5 August 2022 - v1.3.1 **Tropical Isles remade. *25 October 2024 - v1.38.0 **Difficulty changed from Normal to Easy. MapNavBox
