First zombie sighting in ages appears in Atlanta, Georgia, USA
August 19th, 1998 - August 20th, 1998
More zombies are spotted across the world and national governments deploy their militaries to deal with them. Radio and phone lines stop working, neighborhoods are barricaded and supply trucks come into them every week to drop off food and water.
August 21st, 1998
Swordmaster and his hordes take the capitol of the United States of America, Washington D.C., Swordmaster gains help from the Neo-Necromancers to summon hordes of zombies.
September 2nd, 1998 - September 10th, 1998
The Battle of St. Jordan, and where the Second Swordmaster war escalates as Swordmaster rampages across the country, stopping at St. Jordan, Utah, where he is met with resistance forces that match the power of his undead army. Gladiator awakens from his eternal slumber after sensing the presence of Swordmaster's sword being ignited, and aids the military to destroy Swordmaster. Swordmaster has been defeated and is left to rot. Void Reaver, who was spectating the whole battle from space, comes and revives Swordmaster into Fallen Swordmaster, after everyone was gone, to serve him as his lieutenant after seeing how powerful he is. Gladiator escapes to an unknown location to continue his eternal slumber, being awoken years later during the Void Reaver War due to Fallen Swordmaster.
December 9th, 1999
The United States government installs the "Evergreen Program" which deals with any remaining zombies scattered across the country. There are 50 of these Evergreen units, the one in Utah is Evergreen 45, which is stationed in St. Jordan. The Commander of the St. Jordan defense during the Swordmaster war put as the commander of Evergreen 45, along with any soldiers from that battle that wanted to serve in Evergreen 45 being given the choice to.
