Since its addition to the game, Four Seasons has received several remakes. ==Design & Path== {{Tabber |Current |The current version of Four Seasons is an island surrounded by water, though some parts of the map have high mountains. It has four regions, correlating to one of the four meteorological seasons. Taking the entrance of the map as north, the first area of the map representing winter. Several snowy trees and rock, can be seen as well as an igloo. Ice can also be seen in the water, which is also present in other regions. The next region south is the area representing spring. This region contains pine trees and trees with purple leaves. The next region south is the area representing summer. Unlike other regions, this area is not a forest but a desert. Most of the region contains hills and cacti. The final region is the area representing autumn (or fall). Here, the trees had brown leaves. A cottage and two pumpkin patches can be found here. The path begins at a cave in the winter region and ends at a cave in the autumn region. The path crosses all four regions, being a white pebble path in the winter region, brown soil in the spring region, sand in the summer region and stone in the autumn region. |Version 3 |The third version of Four Seasons was an island surrounded by water, though some parts of the map had high mountains. It had four regions, correlating to one of the four meteorological seasons. Taking the entrance of the map as north, the first area of the map representing winter. Several snowy trees, and bare trees, could be seen as well as a cottage. The next region south was the area representing spring. This region contained mostly grown trees, with some trees blossoming, though a wheelbarrow and a small lake could also be seen. The next region south was the area representing summer. This region had tropical trees. A holiday villa, pickup truck, volleyball court and summer outhouse can also be seen. The final region was the area representing autumn (or fall). Here, the trees had brown leaves. There was also a flatbed truck, which contained a gun, a rug in the open and a stargazing telescope. The path began at a cave in the winter region and ended at a cave in the autumn region. The path crossed all four regions, being a stone path in the winter and autumn regions, brown soil in the spring region, and sand in the summer region. |Version 2 |The second version of Four Seasons was a large island surrounded by water, though most of the island was vast, expansive featureless space. All of the details of the map were confined to an area surrounded by mountains. It had four regions, correlating to one of the four meteorological seasons. Taking the entrance of the map as north, the first area of the map represents winter. Several snowy trees, a snow mound and a frozen lake could be seen in this region. The next region was the spring area. This area had blossoming trees, a grass mound and a cottage. The next region south was the summer area. This region had tropical trees, deckchairs, summer outhouses and a lake. The final region was the autumn (or fall) area. A river separated the summer and autumn regions. The autumn region had trees with brown leaves. The black slate path began at a cave in the winter region and ended at a cave in the autumn region. The path crossed all four regions and crossed a bridge to go over the river that separated the summer and autumn regions. |Version 1 |The first version of Four Seasons was a large baseplate. The next region was the spring area. This area had blossoming trees, a grass mound and a cottage. The next region south was the summer area. A river separated the summer and autumn regions. The autumn region had trees with brown leaves. The grey path began at a cave in the winter region and ended at a cave in the autumn region. The path crossed all four regions and crossed a wooden bridge to go over the river that separated the summer and autumn regions. }} ==Interactive Map== ==Rewards== The game calculates how many Coins, Gems and you receive based on how many waves you survived and if you won a match. During periods of 100% more (Friday β Sunday), any earned is multiplied by 2x through the XP Boost modifier. The VIP gamepass also multiplies any earned by 1.25x through the VIP Boost modifier. These two boosts are additive. Regular boosts are multiplicative with other modifiers present on this map. Any rewards that end in a decimal point is rounded down, no matter the first figure of the leading decimal. Normal ==Strategy== *Due to the high amount of corners, the winter and spring regions is where most of the ground towers should go. **Due to the circular nature of the path here, the Ace Pilot can perform well on this map. *There are many cliff spots near the track meaning that Rangers and Snipers are suitable for this map. **Be aware that each cliff spot can only support a small amount of towers. This make it hard for the Commander or DJ Booth to boost a large number of cliff towers. ==Gallery== {{Gallery| Map Icons <gallery> Four Seasons.png|First version (9 August 2019 β 10 August 2019, 15 August 2019 β 13 October 2019) FourSeasons.png|Second version (13 October 2019 β 29 October 2020) FourSeasons0.png|Third version (29 October 2020 β 4 February 2023) </gallery> View <gallery> Four.png|First version (9 August 2019 β 10 August 2019, 15 August 2019 β 13 October 2019) FSView.png|Second version (13 October 2019 β 29 October 2020) FourSeasonsV.png|Third version (29 October 2020 β 4 February 2023) </gallery> Thumbnails <gallery> V2.2.0GenericThumbnail6.png|Current version on the game thumbnail. </gallery> Promotional Videos <gallery> Tower Defense Simulator - "Prepare Your Defenses" Trailer|Current version on a promotional video. This was caused by the map not being properly configured. *On the first two versions of the map, on one of the mounds in the snow region, the map creator names could be seen. **Additionally, for the second version of this map, the text "VH_Builder was here lol" was visible inside of the hut. *This map was remade after the MEGA Update with a mid-poly look, replacing the old blocky version. **This map was again remade for the Overhaul Update and then was remade again in v1.6.1. *In the third version of this map, in the winter area, the logos of Tesla, Inc. and SpaceX could be seen on a cottage. **On the chimney of the cottage, the text "Four Seasons epic map yas" could be seen. ==Update History== *9 August 2019 - BETA v1.9.0 **Four Seasons added. **Bug You cannot get any rewards upon triumphing this map. *10 August 2019 - BETA v1.9.1 **Four Seasons removed due to bugs. *15 August 2019 - BETA v1.10.0 **Four Seasons re-added. **Bugfix You can now get rewards upon triumphing this map. *13 October 2019 - Release v1.0.0 **Four Seasons remade. *29 October 2020 - Overhaul v1.0.0 **Four Seasons remade. **Normal difficulty added. **No longer gives a badge upon first triumph. **Bug Some cliff spots are ground spots. *4 February 2023 - v1.6.1 **Four Seasons remade. **Made playable in Hardcore mode. **Enemies Beta modifier added. *18 September 2024 - v1.32.0 **Bug Water is much lower than it should be, making it mostly hidden. *4 December 2024 - v1.44.0 **Bugfix Water is now positioned correctly. *5 June 2026 - v2.0.0 **Enemies Beta removed. **No longer playable in Hardcore mode. MapNavBox
