Snowballer Charm has been made unobtainable from the game as of the 12th February 2025 as it was part of the Operation I.C.E Event.
Players with the item in question can continue using it, but you cannot obtain this item anymore, outside of limited-time promotional sales.

Description
Snowballer Charm is an exclusive charm introduced in the Operation I.C.E Event as a reward for reaching Level 6 on the premium track. It had a cost of 
150 or 
42 to unlock, with a total cost of 520 or 324.
Appearance
Snowballer Charm appearance is based on the default Snowballer, one of the event towers from the Operation I.C.E Event. The charm has it firing its snowball canon while standing on a rock. When placed down, it plays a sound of a crystallic object behind dropped down.
The charm has a light blue color with a crystallized texture. It does not change colors.
