Players with the item in question can continue using it, but you cannot obtain this item anymore, outside of limited-time promotional sales.

Trivia
- In the Frost Invasion Update, some skins from the Pumpkin Skincrate and Spooky Skincrate were added to the Halloween 2019 Skincrate, despite the skincrate being unobtainable. This was most likely a bug.
- This was the first event skincrate to be added to the game.
- The cost of this skincrate, 3,333, is unusual since 3,333 is deemed to be a spiritual number by some.
- Some of the skins obtainable through the Halloween 2019 Skincrate could later be gotten through the Pumpkin Skincrate, the Spooky Skincrate and the 2023 Halloween Skincrate.
