Description

The Metaverse Champions Event was a Roblox-sponsored event which Tower Defense Simulator participated in. The event started on Week 4 of the main Metaverse Champions Event, and Tower Defense Simulator was one of the 180 games participating. Tower Defense Simulator was part of the AJ Striker quests.

This event was released alongside the Frost Invasion Event.

Completing this event rewarded AJ’s Crate Drop #4, if the player had not yet earned the crate from any other Week 4 AJ Striker game in the Roblox Metaverse Champions Event. This crate would open to reward AJ’s Drone Swarm.

Trivia

• This was the fourth event to be officially sponsored by Roblox.
• The badge used to award the crate accessory was created as a red herring badge for the Ready Player Two event. The developers of Tower Defense Simulator received an exclusive accessory for making the badge.
  • This badge was later repurposed to award the accessory for this event.
• The Metaverse Champions Event was the first event to be released alongside another event, that being the Frost Invasion Event.
• Lasting around 8 days, this was, at the time of release, the shortest event in Tower Defense Simulator history.
  • This has since been tied by the April Fools 2024 (Skibidi) Event and beaten by The Classic Event by three days.
• This was the only event that only had one exclusive enemy.
  • This is also the only event not to have a major boss.
