Brain Rot
Sandbox Only Content

Brain Rot was previously removed on the 8th of April 2024, though it has been made available through the Sandbox mode later.
It is not accessible anywhere else in the game. This page will attempt to include information about both the version before removal and its re-added version.

―In-Game Description

Description

[edit | edit source]

Brain Rot, internally referred to as MemeMode, is a modifier originally available in Easy mode. It was activated by typing "dop dop yes yes" in chat on Wave 0, after the mode vote ended but before Wave 1 started. This would change the current map to Headache Headquarters and replace most enemies with toilet variants. This, however, did not remove any modifiers from the previous map, such as All Paths. Currently, it is only available through Sandbox mode.

Effects

[edit | edit source]

When active, the Brain Rot modifier replaces the following modern variants of enemies with these variants, some of which were not possible to see in gameplay when it originally released:

Additionally, the Necromancer enemy had its health increased from 500 to 1,200, though this no longer happens.

Activating it makes the screen become dark briefly, plays a loud fart sound, makes the message "The brain rot has begun." appear on the screen and then makes the Skibidi track play.

Trivia

[edit | edit source]
  • The Brain Rot modifier is the first modifier to replace enemies that have hidden immunity with new enemies.
