Description

Brain Rot is a modifier only available in Easy mode. It is activated by typing "dop dop yes yes" in chat on Wave 0, after the mode vote ends but before Wave 1 starts. This will change the current map to Headache Headquarters and replace most enemies with toilet variants. This, however, does not remove any modifiers from the previous map, such as All Paths.

Effects

When active, the Brain Rot modifier replaces the following enemies with these variants:

• The Toilet replaces the Normal.
• The Streamer replaces the Speedy.
• The Chad replaces the Slow.
• The Metal Toilet replaces the Normal Boss.
• The Ninja Toilet replaces the Hidden.
• The Png Bot2 replaces the Breaker2.
  • The Png Bot2 also spawns Png Bot upon death.
• The Brick Man replaces the Skeleton.
• The Armored Toilet replaces the Armored.
• The Megatron Toilet replaces the Slow Boss.
• The Pro Streamer replaces the Hidden Boss.
• The Arrow replaces the Bolt.
• The Png Bot4 replaces the Breaker4.
  • The Png Bot4 also spawns Png Bot3 upon death.
• The Toilet Boss replaces the Grave Digger.

Additionally, the Necromancer enemy has its health increased from 500 to 1,200.

Trivia

• The Brain Rot modifier is the first modifier to replace enemies that have hidden immunity with new enemies.
