April Fools 2022
April Fools 2022 is an April Fools joke that was added to the game on April Fools 2022. It randomized the faces, animations, and the sounds of towers, units and enemies. Additionally, it also changes the Commander narrator's icons and dialogue. The icon and thumbnail are also changed into a poorly drawn version of the Entity System Update icon and thumbnail, while the title has changed multiple times.
Faces
The faces of towers, units and enemies are changed into one of the faces below:

The faces used are unique on each server. In one server, a default Scout could use the Man Face, and in another it could use the Woman Face. The face only changes if the tower, unit or enemy has a face. Otherwise, it will remain faceless.
Animations
The animations of towers, units and enemies are changed into any random animation used in the game. The animation could be any animation used in the game. Due to most enemies, units and towers using R6 while emotes use R15, if they use the animation of an emote, it will not work properly. Similarly, emotes will not work properly when they use an animation of an enemy, unit or a tower. The animations are unique on each server.
Some towers do not have their animations changed, a list of all towers that are not affected by animation changes is:
- The Gladiator
- The Slasher
- The Executioner
- The Farm
- The Military Base units
- The Crook Boss's units are affected by the animation change.
- The Pursuit
- The Ace Pilot
- The Turret
- The XR500 skin for the Turret is affected by the animation change.
Audio
The audio of towers, units and enemies is changed into any random audio used in the game. The audio could be any audio used in the game. Towers, units and enemies can use currently unused audio, such as the John's Enraging Shout ability audio, or audio from exclusive towers, such as the War Machine. Additionally, there are some sounds that were never heard in the game, added to the game as part of the April Fools 2022. The audio is unique on each server.
While emotes are affected by animation changes, their music does not change. They will play the intended music.
Narration
The Commander narrator has changed for the April Fools 2022 update. Rather than being a Roblox humanoid, it is a white wolf. Additionally, dialogue in all gamemodes is spoken in furry talk. The wave layout is not changed.

Wave 22. This enemy has awweady taken quite a beating, but it can take a wot mowe! Wook out fow the giant boss!
Wave 24. A fast boss that's AWSO hidden? You GOTTA be kidding me! Pwease teww me you've got units to detect it by now..
Wave 26. Hey, that doesn't wook wight... What awe those things?
Wave 28. Hazawdous enemies incoming! Fast and tanky with Giant bosses in the back.
Wave 29. Get weady fow an intense hoawd of enemies!
Wave 30. Woah, this guys fast! Watch out fow his thwowing awm, I heaw he made the big weagues in basebaww... Eithew way, watch out fow the bouwders he thwows, they sutn!
Wave 32. This doesn't wook wike youw normaw mystewy... These Mystewy bosses wiww summon OTHEW bosses!
Wave 34. These things may be swow, but they make up fow that in EXPWOSIVE wepewcussions! Boomews wiww, weww, go BOOM when they die, stunning towews!
Wave 35. Majow thweat incoming! This boss has extwemewy high defense and stuns towews with a minigun! We need a TON of heavy damage to beat him!
