Maps in Tower Defense Simulator are, for the most part, where you will be spending most of your game. They all have different styles, difficulty, themes and path layouts that make each map special. Some have a normal path layout, some have multiple paths and some have modifiers, which can change the usual wave layout or change the appearance of enemies.

Rewards for Coins and EXP in survival modes scale based on the map difficulty, though for difficulties which increase rewards this does not happen until a map is triumphed. The reward scaling is 0.5x in Very Easy maps, 0.85x in Easy, 1x in Normal, 1.25x in Hard and 1.5x in Insane.
