Description

v1.8.5 is the fifty-ninth update to be released on Tower Defense Simulator, on the 22nd of September 2023. It added the Plushie Accelerator skin and a few minor changes.

This version encompassed five updates, the main v1.8.5 Update (released 22 September 2023) and four minor updates, the v1.8.5a (released 22 September 2023), v1.8.5b (released 25 September 2023) v1.8.5c (released 6 October 2023) and v1.8.5d (released 6 October 2023).

• New code obtained by purchasing a Accelerator Plush
  • Code is unique for each Accelerator Plush bought
  • Gives Plushie Accelerator skin

Changes & Bugfixes

• VR is now supported in the lobby.
• Skin back-end reworked.
• Reworked chat.
• Fixed Minigunner viewport using its attack animation instead of its idle animation in places like the inventory or tower hotbar.
• Fixed Pirate Warden losing its torso when upgraded to Level 4.

In v1.8.5a:

• Fixed level barriers not disappearing in the Lobby when you met the level requiremenets.
• Fixed Lay By, Crystal Cave and The Heights using the old version of the map.
• Fixed sprinting not working.
• Fixed Pirate Crook Boss skin being removed from the game.
• Fixed Accelerator's beam not changing colors at Level 5.
• Fixed fan art boards not working properly.
• Fixed wind shaders.

In v1.8.5b:

• Fixed Unwavering Tides Bundle gamepass not giving any skins.
• Fixed Unwavering Tides Bundle gamepass not appearing in the Gamepasses section of the store.
• Fixed 🌆 Vigilante Skin Bundle ⚡ gamepass having a cost of Robux 600 and being on sale for 16% in the Gamepasses section of the store.
• Fixed the Unwavering Tides Update (v1.8.4) update log not appearing in news feed.
• Fixed Black Spot Exchange and Stained Temple no longer being in the game.
• Fixed the Scores tab in Rewards not working.

In v1.8.5c:

• Improved game performance.

In v1.8.5d:

• Fixed UI not working.
