Medium Length Maps are maps that have an short-ish path, but are significantly longer than some of the shortest in the game. Some may pose a threat to new players but experienced players should be able to cope.

On the wiki, these are maps which take an enemy with a speed of 3.5 to get to the exit anywhere from 33.73 seconds to 55.72 seconds.
