It seems the gist is leaning more into his position as one of the 'heavy' Hardcore towers. His AOE seems to be better on paper, and his units are slightly stronger. He also got his Lead and Flying swapped around, so I guess he can be used better for Lead now. His increase in costs probably doesn't help him at all, since his CE is easily his biggest problem, but maybe he can be worth the price now? We'll have to put it in practice.
Also his range was buffed but Necro's range was already one of the best in the game. It does mean he can be placed further back along the track, I suppse.
So, Necromancer got a rebalance today

Accel was also buffed, which I'm not complaining about since it makes him more consistent to use.
Also some buffs to Enforcer's abilities.
