Players with the item in question can continue using it, but you cannot obtain this item anymore, outside of limited-time promotional sales.

The Arctic Camo Nametag has text with a grey gradient and a black outline. Light grey camo background can be seen behind the text. An icon of the Lieutenant rank can be seen next to the text.
