For those who don't know, Project MKUltra was an illegal human experiments operation conducted by the CIA from 1953 to 1972. The CIA forcefully gave psychoactive drugs such as LSD to unwilling US and Canadian citizens for mind control research due to fears of the USSR and Maoist China doing the same thing. It would eventually be revealed in 1975 by the Church Committee which followed with widespread public outrage.

This is where I propose the idea that in 2020, BelowNatural and his development team were approached by the CIA and in exchange for giving information on players, they would give them the funds to pay their staff team on Discord and make large updates such as the Overhaul and Solar Eclipse ones.
