- ―Inventory Description
Description
The Enforcer, internally referred to as EvolvedEnforcer, is the evolved version of the Shotgunner, unlocked by reaching Level 20 on the Shotgunner tower, either by getting the experience or by skipping the need to get it by paying
499. Once done, it can be bought for

The Enforcer fires a shotgun, meaning it fires out multiple pellets at once. These pellets are spread out based on their spread and random spread values. They can pierce through enemies. These bullets can sometimes miss targets to an enemy. Once it finishes a shot, it will need to pump its shotgun. This generally takes as long as shooting itself and will affect its firerate. Pump time is affected by the Firerate Buff. Once upgraded to Level 2, it will gain a flashbang grenade which it will throw out after dealing a specific amount of damage. This grenade will also stun enemies in a radius for a short time. While throwing the grenade, the Enforcer will visually stop attacking enemies, though it will still actually deal damage. The flashbang cannot stun enemies with Stun Immunity or Boss.
At Level 5, the tower splits into two separate paths:
- Top path turns it into an ammo-based tower. Once it has fired a certain number of times, it will have to reload. This replaces its pump time. Additionally, it gains the ability to reposition towers with Reposition Helicopter. This lets the player move any tower they own anywhere on the map. However, non-humanoid towers like the Ace Pilot, Farm, Pursuit and Gatling Gun, are blacklisted from performing the ability.
- Bottom path retains its pump functionality but gains the SWAT Van ability. This summons in depending on the upgrade either the Swat Van or Swat Van Gunner unit on the path. Both of the units are supposed to explode upon death.
The Enforcer has lead detection from Level 0 and hidden detection from Level 2. It has a placement limit of 5.

Strategy
- The Enforcer can hit multiple enemies with one bullet. As each can hit up to two enemies, this means its DPS can effectively be doubled.
- However, this does not mean that with each shot it can only hit two enemies, as each individual bullet can hit a different enemy, strongly increasing the number of enemies hit.
- This is especially noticeable on the top path, as this means that despite its max hits being reduced to 1, it can still hit multiple enemies, though way less reliably.
- Proper use of targeting options and good placement can allow the tower to pierce through enemies much more.
- This is less important when going for the top path as each bullet can only hit one enemy.
- However, this does not mean that with each shot it can only hit two enemies, as each individual bullet can hit a different enemy, strongly increasing the number of enemies hit.
- At Level 2, the Enforcer unlocks the flashbang grenade, which is thrown out once its damage meter is built up, stunning enemies for a while.
- Any enemy with the Stun Immunity or Boss will not get stunned.
- Although visually it will look like it does not attack, the tower will actually still deal damage.
- Support towers like the Commander, DJ Booth or Medic can be used to make it build up the damage faster.
- When upgraded to the top path, the Enforcer gains the Helicopter Reposition ability. This will let it move your towers anywhere on the map.
- This can be used as a cheaper alternative to selling and rebuying towers as doing so will in a lot of cases be way more expensive than
$500, though by late game you will also often have excess amounts of cash making this at times insignificant.
- This is best used on low placement limit towers, like the Juggernaut or Accelerator, as they can be quickly relocated with only a few ability uses. High placement limit towers like the Minigunner or Swarmer will require far more ability uses making simply rebuying them more convenient.
- When the Firework Technician is moved, the Firework Buff is not actually removed from towers, but when moved to a different spot, any towers already there will not receive the buff, which can be fixed by either rebuying them or using the Enforcer again to move them somewhere close but still in range, though that can be rather expensive.
- This can be used as a cheaper alternative to selling and rebuying towers as doing so will in a lot of cases be way more expensive than
- When upgraded to bottom path, it gains the SWAT Van ability, which summons in a the Swat Van unit.
- This unit collides with enemies and is supposed to explode on death, though this seems to not work correctly and the unit instead just deals collision damage to enemies.
- Once upgraded to Level 7B, the number of units is increased to 2 and it now spawns the Swat Van Gunner, which has a machine gun at the top that fires at enemies.
- This unit also has hidden detection, meaning it can be used against such enemies.
- The Enforcer has a penalty to its firework generation chance, as its chance is divided by 7, making it far less likely to fire a firework.
Trivia
- The Enforcer appears to be based on the Shotgunner prior to the Overhaul Update.
- Its name would be directly taken from that period, as both were called Enforcer.
- The appearance of the tower resembles a cop, similarly to the Shotgunner at the time.
- The SWAT Van ability is likely based on the Shotgunner's ability of the same name.
- The Level 3 upgrade icon is based on a former upgrade icon for the Shotgunner.
- The Enforcer is the first tower to evolve from a tower without a golden perk.
- The Enforcer's Level 7A upgrade name may be a reference to the Punisher.
- If a tower ability is used while its getting repositioned by Helicopter Reposition, the game will notify the tower is jailed.
