Skin Upgrades

The Soldier has twenty four skins in total. This includes:

1. The Default skin.
2. Twelve skins that can be unlocked from Crates.
3. Six skins that can be unlocked from Passes.
4. Four skins that can be unlocked from a Crate and a Pass.
5. One skin that can be unlocked upon triumphing an event map.

The Valentines skin is obtained from the Lovely Crate, Lovestruck Crate and Valentines 2026 Crate. It was also obtainable in two other ways:

1. Through the Valentines Crate between the 21st of December 2022 and the 14th of February 2023.
2. From Rank 2 of the Season of Love Season.

The Ducky skin is obtained from the Ducky Crate. It was also obtained from Rank 2 of the Hunting Season.

The Beast Slayer skin was obtained from Rank 3 of the Krampus' Revenge Season.

3		Grey shoulder-pads with yellow outlines and black and yellow grenades on belt. Black straps for the backpack. Laser rifle now has a drum mag.
4		Upgraded helmet and mask with a flashlight on top. Upgraded backpack with a built in jetpack. Now wields an upgraded laser rifle.

The Toilet skin was obtained from the Premium Crate from 1st of April 2024 through 12th of April 2024.

4		Toilet becomes dark grey with three turbines on each side. Knee-pads turned green. Cap changed to a beret with a golden insignia. Now wields an FN SCAR with a drum magazine.

The Stealth Ops skin is obtained from the Premium Crate.

4		Grey and red shoulder-pads. White and red emblem on the helmet. Even bulkier vest. Black parts of the knee-pads are now grey while grey parts are now black. Now wields an StA-52 Assault Rifle.

The Aerobics skin was obtained from Level 9 of the Hexscape Event Battle Pass regular track.

0		Tan skin, blond hair and mustache, purple headband, black and white aerobics suit with blue and dark blue lines, blue and white shoes. Wields a SIG SG 550 to attack enemies.
1		Pink gloves. Aerobics suit is now purple with pink and light blue lines, shoes are now blue, pink and white.
2		Grey headphones and grey shades with pink and blue gradient lens.
3		Grey strap around torso.
4		Purple and yellow boombox. Aerobics suit is now bright blue with yellow and purple lines, shoes are now yellow, pink and white. Now wields a yellow and brown SIG SG 550 with an ACOG scope, a drum magazine and a brown vertical grip.

The Dark Frost skin was obtained from Level 10 of the Operation I.C.E Battle Pass regular track.

3		Black vest.
4		Camera on helmet. Different camo pattern torn clothes, which reveal its tan and purple skin. Crystals across body are larger and more common. Now wields a white FN SCAR with a drum magazine, which is covered in snow.

The Korblox skin is obtained from completing Korblox Temple on Easy difficulty.

1		Brown gloves with blue spikes.
2		Brown helmet with blue spikes and brown and grey knee-pads with blue spikes. Brown pants replaced with black, long pants.
3		Sleeves replaced with shoulder-pads. Shirt is now dark brown. Now wields an improved crossbow rifle.
4		Left arm now has its bones exposed. Helmet now has blue horns, its visor is also now closed. Now wields an improved crossbow rifle with a skull on it.

The Bunny skin was obtained from Level 10 of the Ducky Revenge Battle Pass regular track.

1		Jacket is now blue, red and yellow, hat is now black and yellow.
2		Additional jacket with grey buttons and more red colors that causes z-fighting with the previous jacket. Bigger shoes.
3		Two white bandoliers with black back pouches. Details on jacket are now yellow, though the buttons on the sleeves float in the air.
4		Badge on hat with two white feathers, red, blue and white cape and yellow epaulletes. Ends of sleeves now have white and red stripes with gold stars on them, white stars at the bottom of the cape and gold eagles on shoes and belt. Now wields a golden musket with a bayonet at the front.

The Beach skin is obtained from the Beach Crate.

4		Red bag, red rescue surfboard and orange flippers. Headband replaced with white visor that has a red crown. Hair is now red. Now wields a red water gun.

The Eclipse skin is obtained from Level 5 of the Solar Requiem Battle Pass regular track.

2		Gold shades with magenta lens and grey headset.
3		Shirt is now replaced by violet overcoat with some gold accents. Now wields an upgraded rifle.

• The Cold Soldier skin was originally based on the Winter Soldier in the Marvel Universe.
  • The Cold Soldier was originally planned to be named Bucky Barnes or Winter Soldier.
  • Hilariously, the Cold Soldier is referred as the "Cold Soldier Soldier" in game.
• The original Cold Soldier icon used its Level 5 upgrade, without the shades and with an M16A2 instead of a G36.
• The first version of the Default skin's Level 4+ armor was the Flakvest from R2DA.
  • The same mesh was used for the Level 4 armor for the second version of the Default skin, and the first version of the Red, Blue and Party skins, though in a different color.
• The original version of the Toy skin's Level 3-4 gun is the NERF-Fortnite-AR-L-Elite-Blaster.
• The Toy and Golden Soldier have unique shooting sounds.
• The Toy skin is based on the Army men plastic soldiers.
• The Doughboy skin is a reference to the American Infantrymen during World War One, who were popularly called doughboys.
• There were multiple times where the Doughboy skin's animations and upgrades were bugged and later fixed.
• The Holiday Soldier skin's backpack disappears at Level 3 and reappears at Level 4.

• The Dark Frost skin on its in-game icon skin has purple skin, however, this is mostly not the case in-game.
  • Its torso and legs are still purple, though this is only clearly visible at Level 4.
  • This was likely a mistake caused by the Dark Frost skin being confused with the Frost Legion skins, which actually do use purple skin tones.
• The Beach skin was made by supereroulnoptizet.
  • The Beach skin was originally made as a Frost Blaster skin, however, it ended up getting converted into a Soldier skin instead.
    • Certain parts of the design like the Frost Blaster weapon look did get carried over to the Soldier version of the skin.
