Am I the only one who thinks this? Tds never really has never really had a "bad" event as long as I've played but this is seriously shameful wtf.
The lobby redesign has had little to no effort put behind it, and the last two Halloween events had much more lively and fun lobbies smh. Not to mention how ass the first night is? The boss isn't memorable whatsoever unlike previous ones, and it's a shitty thrown together "castle map" with little to no memorable enemies. And it's SO FUCKING EASY, you can EASILY beat it solo hard mode with 1 tower slot in under 5 mins (with time scale). And last and definitely least! The battlepass?? 
They locked pretty much ALL the cool skins behind a paywall, and they gave us a couple of semi-cool emotes and some decent skins for STARTER towers. (The new soldier skin is pretty cool tho tbf) ?? We're not neanderthals, well at least most of us. It feels so generic and they're trying to focus on a story they've barley started to build in the past few years and it doesn't feel "Halloween-ey" whatsoever 🙏🏻. It feels like it was made to appeal to younger and newer audiences, which imo is a bad direction.
This is just my opinion tho, I really wanna know if anyone else feels the same !!

Well It is supposed to be the first night! The enemies ARE memorable. The boss IS memorable. The night was WELL done. while in the lobby i agree it kinda sucks, and also the battlepass sucks for f2p because of the skins but for the rest is peak.

So nothing good to mention? Like, literally anything? The cutscenes? The new characters? The story? The funny gags? The music?
Oh my goodness, the music, it's amazing for this event. Literally listen to this, it's so fitting and powerful. It's so good and long for a boss theme that's for Night 1, imagine what the rest are going to be.
What do we have to complain about again? Paywalled cosmetics? Yeah, was never a fan of paywalled event cosmetics. But come on, saying the battlepass just entirely sucks due to a broken standard doesn't mean the content that's actually in it sucks, let alone it being paywalled doesn't make the event itself bad.
Also, of course Night 1 is beaten easily, look at EVERY other Night/Act 1 in ANY event so far. What did Jaxe have against Golden Scout spam? Nothing, batspit nothing, and he's just fine for that. Oh, when Penumbras does basically the same thing as now being a Night 1 boss, it's a bad thing? What kind of double standard is this? - 1

I've done my fair share of glazing other events tbf, lunar overture is the single greatest event on tds history and I'll DIE on that hill. And yes, the OST is FUCKING AMAZING?!?!?; I love the post-punk classical vibe
