It’s the fucked up commander animatronic from pizza party!
I hope you guys like my take on it!
I headcanon that it had to have it’s mouth sewed shut is because the kids keep shoving things into it’s mouth (pizza, a ball from the ball pit, a kid, etc) to the point where it can’t close anymore (he was put back stage to rot)
The second mouth is from a Halloween event the pizzaria’s staff did (unseen during normal mode)
