Harder than a frost mode match, maybe around a hardcore match. Difficulty spikes aren't huge tbh.
Quite easy if you have operator, though.- 1

The stacking mechanic is kinda weird, but so as long as a lv.2 operator is within, say a lv.4 operator's coordination range, the lv.4 operator will still receive the buff. So it doesn't matter if the lv.2 coordination range actually touches the lv.4 operator, only that the lv.4 coordination range touches the lv.2 operator.
