Like I said in a previous post, I don't mind soloing events, as long as there wasn't any star cannon/spotlight system. And to nobody's surprise, there's another one of those things this year.
While I had issues with them before, I could at least get teammates to help with them, with this event however, all 4 nights basically require you to solo them since the matchmaking is still trash, I'm not really good at those kind of features however I did a solo attempt not too long ago, I was able to defeat umbra and solve the puzzles only to be greeted by a 2nd phase, basically having to redo the fight, and do all the puzzles again, then they told me to move my Towers which threw me off heavily, the optimization of the UI on this game basically makes that kind of impossible especially during the moment of a boss battle and I fumbled the puzzle and died, I'm not sure what would happen if I didn't move the towers, hopefully not something extremely impactful incase I want to retry night 4 again.
I know that this is our punishment for calling the event easy but I personally didn't find it to be extremely easy, if it wasn't for Snowballer, I would have had a different opinion as the buffs they gave him and the fact that there were no hidden in the event made it so that he could absolutely steamroll through everything, so technically they should have just nerfed him instead.
I know this is getting repetitive but this game NEEDS to fix the matchmaking, I personally find beating an event with a competent team to be really fun and while I dont mind it, having to solo the entire thing can get kind of boring.
