Aaaand here's the mini-rework I was talking about! 
Military Base now spawns multiple units, with the Humvee for constant DPS, and the tanks for quick bursts of DPS.
Airstrike Level 4, 75x6 > 70x6
Airstrike Level 5, 125x6 > 150x6
Based off the theoretical buff that Nim suggested in Balancing Feedback a while ago.
