This is my first time posting here, so hopefully I'm not doing this wrong. As I said, though, I found a loss-grinding method on YouTube originally intended to grind levels for scout (Link here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GhZMLWF7R3k). However, with a slightly stronger skill tree and Engineer, I found that this strategy could be pushed a bit further. For my improved strategy, you'll need:
Scout
Pyromancer
Engineer
2 different towers you want to grind levels for
My skill tree has level 14 Fortify, level 12 Bandages, and level 11 Overheal, but they probably aren't entirely necessary
And if you follow all the steps here, you should be able to consistently make it to wave 22 in around 5 minutes without timescale tickets for 121 player exp, 72 tower exp on Scout and your other 2 towers, and 69 gems with auto skip on. The strategy goes as follows:
First off, follow the original method shown in the video, placing a level 1 Pyromancer in the middle of the first curve, then surrounding it with 8 level 2 Scouts 1b1 with auto skip on.
Now, instead of letting the game run until wave 17 and dying to the balloons (which only yields 42 gems per game, a lot slower), begin to place 6 level 2 Engineers 1b1 in the spots shown here:

(I'll get a better screenshot in-game of the placements soon, sorry it's a bit rough)
These engineers should (hopefully) pop down the first three rounds of balloons that come out on waves 12, 15, and 18 respectively.
After all 6 engineers are placed and upgraded, buy 1 level 2 Pyromancer in the spot shown in the image above to help the engineers with the denser groups protecting faster zombies that may end the run early and lose you some rewards. If you want to be safe, buy level 3, but this may prevent you from getting exp on all 3 of your towers.
Finally, once the pyromancer is at the level of your choice, you'll want to place down one of each of the other 2 towers you want exp on. The swarm of nimble balloons that spawn on wave 21 will normally get past your engineers too fast for them to handle, and because of their speed, you will naturally lose on wave 22. However, with some good RNG from mandrake and mystery spawns, you may occasionally get a run to wave 23.
And at the end of your run, you'll have gotten all the rewards I mentioned in about 5 minutes of gameplay, or 2.5 minutes with timescale tickets. This leads to a rate of 828 gems, 864 tower exp, and 1452 player exp per hour without timescale tickets, and a rate of 1725 gems, 1800 tower exp, and 3025 player exp per hour with timescale tickets, assuming fully optimal gameplay.
Once again, this is my first time posting here, so I'd appreciate feedback from anyone who reads/uses this strategy. Thanks for reading this far down, and good luck using this strategy!
