TDS players literally doesn't want to use their brains to actually know how this tower works
the 2 placements is very intentional, you are suppose to use 1 for slow down enemy and 1 for speed boost your towers, even then if it is speed up enemy, come on dude, you don't think your tower is getting speed up too? It is a free permanent 30% attack rate buffs for your attackers on anything outside of the tower's range and the other placement you use provide 25% slow down against every enemy in the range too
Map dependent my ass, it is really just place 1 for taking the first half of the map for speed up and another one at 2nd half of the map for slow down, your ranged attackers basically get 30% more total dps against all the enemies that slowdown by 25% at max level on the other Time Dilator at the front too
THE ONLY DOWNSIDES are that this tower need you to know where to place and isn't compatible well with melee, but other than that, this tower is very strong
Same Day 1 opinion shit, saying Golden Demoman is trash when you don't realize how broken no dmg fall off on a crowd control tower with stun immune is. This tower is the same case
That's my review of Time Dilator, might as well just saying TDS didn't learn from Golden Demoman lol. This tower is very worth getting, go get it guys. Potentially it make Voidcore late game even easier with how this tower works! About the speed up boss stuffs, you know you can just sell the tower if they enter the range, right?
Tower review: This is is like one of the very good support that can rivals even Commander

dude the tower's good but it is objectively map dependant
tight maps where the path doesnt steer off away from itself or maps with not too much tower space far from the path
will infact make you struggle unless you're just using speed on both gubbies- 1
I still do think some players will gonna find some really funny tech with this tower just like Necromancer lol, seeing how much you can utilize the speed buffs for stacking spawns from Kingpin/Mercenary Base, getting faster recharge for Star Cannon, and uh, consumable cooldown boost?
Always good to have a tower that can do wacky stuffs because who doesn't like fun >:P- 0
necromancer and kingpin in the asme sentence
im good off that- 0
he said merc base tho

it is actually map dependent tho the large range on time dilator makes it so its hard to avoid having your speed boost avoid the path where it'd also speed up enemies and bosses

now that I think about it, this tower is quite hard to use one some maps with that kind of path
I need to experiment more with placement to see the optimal placement for each maps to utilize Time Dilator the best

I agree with gold demo. Stun immunity is actually underrated, imo. I love seeing enemies getting baited, especially the huntress and black holes. I like using gold demo as a "wall".

towers with stun immunity cant be targetted, a true "wall" would be engineer due to her not being directly stun immune but a majority of her dps is

Saw a huntress target my max g demo in many night 4 runs.

huh
usually bosses/enemies with stuns/freezes ignore towers with immunities to said debuffs
