the hell means "same" for gold mini etc?

    It means upgrade prices are the same, 25% means they are 25% more expensive ( so upgrade price*1.25 ) meanwhile 100% means upgrades are 100% more expensive ( so upgrade price*2 )
    If you want to calculate it for future golden skins nerfs/buffs, it's like this:
    upgrade price * increase

    increase is the % but you change it into a number, 10% is 0.1, 100% is 1, and add it to a 1, so 10% is 1.1 meanwhile 100% is 2.
