frankly you're best off just doing full matches now, since suicide grinding bps is totally dead.
i'd recommend a mode where the sun & moon crates are farmable (like hc/vc) so you can get a headstart on those whilst grinding out the bp- 0
Juat play normally like nothing happens and you'll be fine. I just play 5 fallen matches a day and already completed 1/3 or something like that.
