Im tired of seeing this argument there is no better path, especially in the case of kingpin.
Juggernauts two paths are both extraordinary for an extraordinary tower. In most cases you'd go bottom but for rougher gamemodes (and if you have more players), it is always ideal to go for one top path. You use each path to compliment eachother.
The same goes for kingpin, get two top paths mid game, get up ur eco, work your way up to maxxing them, then get your bottom path kingpins using the eco, and once your eco is comfortable and you have nothing else to do, sell the top paths to get your bottoms, aka dps. Again, the paths compliment eachother.
Same goes for hacker, in any competent setup your always getting one top one bottom. Bottom path so you can maybe have a juggernaut clone or a few accel or kingpin clones (alongside the extra cash thats op), and top for the decent crowd control, synapses, and cloning your dj to get both red and purple tracks.
For enforcer both paths are good, top for pure dps and repositioning when need be, and bottom is mostly for speedruns and chewing down small crowds. They dont necessarily complement eachother, but most people go 3 bottom 2 top.
Multi path towers are two towers into one can we stop acting like one path is better then the other and use both to compliment eachother.

    Honestly 1 TP is better.

I think Pursuit is in that camp too.
Top path is much better on bosses and strong single enemies, while Bottom path is much better for everything else.

For kingpin, you really only need 1 kingpin top in solo, and even that is just a comfort pick
    In duos/trios/quads, bring farm instead.
Kingpin's bottom path just outvalues top path by a lot.
