Reasoning: Back in early Roblox, Builderman and Erik Cassel made two test accounts: John Doe and Jane Doe. Now since I personally believe TDS reflects off of official Roblox lore, my theory is that the commander in chief in TDS formed TDS itself and is the ones leading the whole thing. This commander in chief also could possibly be the one promoting Commander and Dispatcher to their current ranks, and since we know Builderman created John Doe and Jane Doe as test accounts, it makes sense to believe this commander in chief is TDS's version of Builderman
theory that I made that doesn't really relate to this: TDS's story happened in the past and we are in the future. Since Commander and Dispatcher are pretty much John Doe and Jane Doe, we can also connect the actual meaning of John Doe and Jane Doe: An identity who is unknown or can't be confirmed. What if this whole story happened in the past and we got the good ending...at the cost of everyone dying but the few people who witnessed the whole thing and retold it throughout generations. But stories in time ends up creating different versions and the original is lost to time. So maybe, JUST MAYBE, the people retelling this story uses these titles as a placeholder because the original story has been tweaked so much that they used these names to try and make it as accurate as possible. Which could also explain why the story is confusing/lacking. Because there is barely any evidence that supports what originally happened and the people who is retelling this story wanted to make it as accurate as the original. AM I COOKING GUYS?

answer something.
how do we connect prof gray. because this is almost perfect- 1
assuming that gray has a higher position than Commander and his team and that C.O.R.E is part of TDS, then maybe an affiliate to this commander in chief. Most likely the TDS counterpart of the Roblox account itself since professor Gray has a more logical attitude than Commander
