yea tbf he's not a bad tower, his max DPS is pretty damn high, its just that he takes so long to get to that max DPS, and the fact that he's unlimited placement makes it to that you cant make the stacking TOO powerful unless he becomes genuinely overpowered.
honestly he's just in a situation where he's too weak to be a genuine boss killer when his DPS at earlier levels ESPECIALLY are just too low. unironically he just needs a small fire rate increase and bee tickrate increase. though there's no saying what unintended consequences that would have.

Warden is a really good tower when explosive modifier used. On max lvl he gains extra 100% dmg buff from stuns that can actually buff him a lot and idk why people don't talk much abt it.

its because when some modifiers were nerfed, they stopped talking about modifiers ENTIRELY. So warden is just less talked about in general.
The speed running community loves him though, genuinely a really great tower for it. Though ofc that's JUST for speed running, so most of the community don't know.- 1
In my opinion, warden can be really good when well placed, especially on these maps where its path has lots of turns. Maybe people just don't know how to use it right but that's just my guess :\

honestly its because no-one has spread the word yet that warden IS good even without the explosion modifier.
