max is like having a lvl 6b jugg that costs 70k more, has worse base dps against bosses (stun makes up for it but still), doesnt get buffed by firerate, and is complete booty cheeks against anything but one of the highest hp enemies in a wave. not even max jugg just 6b

bruh, this tower is NOT meant to be a DPS tower; it can't get buffed by fire rate because it doesn't work like that, and that last part is a straight-up lie. Although maybe you haven't seen the videos about it, so I'll give you that

Bro who's this. This tower is made for you to have a secondary dps

That is, if you try it solo, then it's a B tier if there are multiple ppl S tier and compared to jugg not too expensive but yeah is it kind of secondary DPS or equivalent to ranger sort of

I'm a solo player and it's S+ tier.

It gets a solid spot in A tier.
Star Cannon is obviously a very, VERY strong tower against bosses, though that's where about all of its usage comes from. It's still great for picking off heavy enemies, but the incredibly long downtime really prevents it from deserving S tier in my opinion. You'll generally have to balance Star Cannon and your main defense pretty well if you want to maximize it.
It does absolutely maul all the base game bosses though, so that's something noteworthy (Void Caster and Fallen King have it especially rough.) - 1
Very impractical to use.

star tower can cheese some entire waves and makes voidcore late game a complete joke since it can just evicerate void caster. When used in a proper loadout its S tier worthy, boss stunning is always good aswell
