Yes, but very little. The rocketeer can be stunned, but can be placed on the ground, and affects fallen and golden zombies the same way as the Mortar.

it cant because the immunity to explosion hitbox on fallen or goldens are on there body not on there heads. so rocketer is ineffective to golden and fallen zombies
