all levels except max are still garbage (were made worse); price gaps is still a huge problem; skeletons are slow af

I've said it multiple times in other areas, this buff only affect those who were already using Necromancer. Anyone else just wouldn't care or notice too much of a difference to consider him.
TL;DR, perception of it wouldn't change at all. - 3
