vans not exploding and top path constantly getting blocked by some fatass in the way of the main target ends up REALLY dragging this tower down. without them he'd easily be high A tier (potentially even low S), but as it stands he gets like, low A.
still a mid-late menace if he can work (sadly though his stuns are kinda ass since everyone and their grandma is stun immune these days)
