Triumph Tower

Description

The Ice Launcher is an Ice Type tower that launches Ice Rods with it's crossbow to freeze enemies, these Ice Rods can pierce trough enemies and freeze them as well, making this tower effective to freeze multiple enemies. This tower is capable of doing major DPS, which makes this tower viable to be a main DPS tower, or a substitute DPS tower, though this tower has a placement limit of 4. This tower is also very useful for certain types of enemies, as at Level 4+, this tower can damage both Hidden Enemies, and Lead Enemies.

This tower is obtained by Beating the Frozen (Outpost 32) Mode on an Icy Map Only; Iceville, Winter Bridges, Winter Stronghold, Winter Abyss and Cataclysm. These Maps have their difficulty increased and is significantly harder than triumphing on a normal map.

Strategy

Bolded sentences means that the information it is stating is crucial and important.

  • The Ice Launcher can be placed on straight paths to maximize its pierce damage and freeze.
    • Placement is key, as placing this tower on a specific place can double, triple, and even quadruple It's DPS due to it's piercing ability.
  • The Ice Launcher is mainly a support tower, use this tower along with other towers to support them, and because the Ice Launcher will not hold up on it's own.
    • Though being a major support tower, this tower can also be used as a DPS Tower as it has 90 DPS on max level.
    • Though Its DPS is not constant as this tower can pierce trough multiple enemies.
  • This tower is best paired with the DJ Booth due to it's expensive price, though it is more affordable on other gamemodes.
  • The Commander will decrease this tower's firerate, increasing its DPS even more.
  • The range of this tower does not affect piercing range whatsoever.
    • Which means the projectile will keep piercing as long as the projectile still have pierce left.
  • This tower can be used on early game due to it's cheap price.
    • The Ice Launcher only gains Hidden Detection at level 4, which means you will need to use other towers to hold up against Hidden Enemies at the start.
  • This tower can also damage Lead Enemies at level 4.
    • Piercing a lead enemy will reduce the pierce by 1.
    • This tower can only freeze lead enemies.
    • At level 5 this tower will freeze and damage lead enemies, though damage dealt to lead enemies will be decreased by 50%.
    • After piercing a lead enemy, the damage will stay the same for other normal enemies.
  • This tower is very versatile as it can be used in all stages of the game (early game, mid game, end game).

Lore

As the Frost Spirit falls on the Frost Invasion Event, the Frost Dimension have remain dormant for a few months, his disciples decided to take the fight to their own hands, and started invading our world once again. Despite the death of their leader, they seem to be organized and strong.

The Frost Dimension was determined to find a new leader, but their vengeance, anger and fury, leaves their kind teared apart. Several executives, and leaders appointed by the now deceased Frost Spirit has gathered some of the leftover army that haven't disbanded from the rest of their kind or joined the rebellion.

They have now formed a new kingdom within the Frost Dimension, slowly one by one, the opposing teams and rebellions were shut down, as the might of the kingdom rises to the threat that is to come, after regaining the hold of the Frost Dimension, and have reunited the whole Dimension, they finally let their anger and vengeance out, by starting to reinvade our kind, the human race.

The former portal made by the our kind, located at Outpost 32 on the H̱̬͎̮͖͓̰͚͚̾̔̆̈̊́̚̕͠͞ͅǐ̡͔͇̣͉̲̩̆̃̐̆̐̆ṃ̳́̋͌̑͟͟ā̡̡̙̼̖͉̻̎̏̽͋͝͡͞ͅľ͇̖̳̗̕̕͡a̛͙̺̙̬̬͓͉̬̲̥͗̽̋͌̿̊̚̕͟͡͠ẏ̧̘͚̠̙̦͇̖͐̇̊̅͋͂̅͟͡a̡͉͇̟̟͍̫͕̩̯̋̾͛͂̋͘͘̚͠͞ņ̡͍̪̙̰͕͕͎͉̮̭̰͙͂̋͊͆̀̅̃̈́̈̔̿̉͗̑͟͡͞ͅ ͚̩͉̰̪̞̹̍͛̀͂̄́͐̃͢M̡̛̪̼͗̽̂͜ò̙̺͉͍̳͙̦̖̘͉̇̐͒́̿̆̒̀̈́ù̢͎̗̖̯͍̭̼͚͔͗̎̈̏̃̒̅͌̋́̑͟ͅṅ̥͔̞̥̎̓̚t̹̱͍̯̓͐͊͗a̧̛͙̳͍̮͔̠͈̺̲̖̹̒͋̾͛̇̃́̈́̓́̍̊̚̚͢͜͟i̧̫͔͎̣̹̓͋̓͌̅͘̚͟͜͞n̢̢͉͎̻̞̜͔̪̻̪̻̪̹̔̿̐͊͆͂̊̆̉͊̽̕͠͡s̯͈̣͔̞̤̺͐͗̿̎̀͂̊,̦̩͇͙̱͌͆̑̂͞ ̛̦̝̠̖̙͉͚̤͖͎̩̳̣͆̑̋̂̑̆́̔̈̒̕͘̚̚͢͜N̮̻͎̙͋̎̃̐̑ͅẻ̡̲̺͔̳̣͓̬̞̙̦̮͖͈̲̹̱͛̏̄̓̐̇͐̅͑̂̆̈̈̓͞͞p̣̤͕̳̥̺̘̱̜̤̳̬̑͐̀͂̇̋̌̆͘͘͜͠͡͝a̫̯͙͙̺͖̙͙͉͔̤͆́͊̾͐͂̋̒̆͊̚͜͞l̛͙͎̰̆̔̓͟.

Was abandoned due to anomalies, and the accessibility of the portal that was difficult, other problems include Logistics, and Electricity, the Outpost was abandoned several months after the first encounter with the Frozen (Outpost 32) Kind, the Frost Army took advantage of this, and reactivated the portal, making this their first point of advance on this world.

They started attacking areas previously invaded by other kinds such as the Molten and the Fallen, their use of tactics are especially unique as they use the weather to support their attack. It is unknown how the Frost Army managed to manipulate the weather, but it is speculated that they have used unknown amounts of spell and magic left by the Frost Spirit. Their ability to manipulate weather makes them a high threat as these weather changes can affect units and towers significantly.

Though these weather properties are quite odd as they use Winter Magic in places where it is impossible to fabricate snow, such as the Deserts. Research of this ability may require a need to invade the Frost Dimension, though the Frost Kind has started their invasion on us first.

Their structure of leadership only relies on past commanders and governors of the past, making every single decision made more hard as it is not a single man job, it is said that no one in the current Frost Kingdom should be sitting on the throne as no one is deemed good, or strong enough to lead the entire army and race forward. Leaders that engaged in battle are appointed commanders and lieutenants mainly Frost Heroes and Necromancers, Frost Heroes are fierce warriors that fought along with the Frost Spirit, though sadly, they did not die in vain as the Outpost was well defended. Now that they are striking sectors unnoticed and without warning, It became more apparent that these foes should not be underestimated.

These attacks on our sectors are desperate attempts to regain some territory and magic, as the death of the Frost Spirit weakened the kind of the Frost, any sector that is captured must be taken back as we cannot risk a chance of the Frost kind to reform their army and strengthen their grip on our world, they use their Winter Magic to fabricate snow and matter, to regain their magic and to rebuild more units within their army, its only a matter of time before they return with a stronger foe and menace.

Winter Magic cast by the Frost Necromancers are one of a kind, unseen even from the Void, Fallen, and or the Molten Kind, bringing a major threat to our defenses, the magic they use are especially dangerous in places where snow fabrication are common, in dark cold, winter sectors and areas we have, they manipulate the existing snow clouds, snow and ice to their advantage, and to defeat our defense on the more so cold sectors.
