Description
Dispatcher is a narrator that appears in Fallen mode, Frost mode, Failed Gateway, The Nightmare Realm, Containment, Pls Donate, Outpost 32, Bathroom Approach, Outpost 16, Banlands and Blind Faith maps. She is a high ranking member of the T.D.S. Organization, often being in control of multiple important operations.
Appearance
Dispatcher has pale skin. She wears a white shirt, blue vest with yellow buttons, blue pants with a black belt and black shoes. She has grey straps around her shoulders and a Paradoxum Games logo pin on her vest.
She can hold various objects in its animations, which include her radio, an M1911 pistol, clipboard and binoculars.

- Dispatcher shares the same animations with the Commander.
- Dispatcher's real name is Jane, as revealed in by the Commander in the ending cutscene of Blind Faith, Night 3 of the Null & Void Event.
- After the events of Blind Faith, she was taken by Lord Exo to become the vessel for The Umbra.
- The clipboard that Dispatcher holds actually has something at the front. It is a petition to make whiney congressmen play violent video games.
- The reason for this random paper to be on it is that the clipboard model was taken from Postal 2's Clipboard.
