―Gamemode Description

Description

RAIG mode, is one of the five main survival modes. RAIG mode has 40 waves. It is named after RAIGFORCE and its enemies relating to raig.

good luck if you survive this lol

Health of enemies in this mode scales with player count, starting at three players. The increase is 10% for each player, starting from three players, with an added set amount of health added on top of that increase. The first increase is not always 10%, while the second increase has a varied amount it increases health by, both affected by enemy health.

  • Health increase that gets higher with player count, most often a specific percentage of its health. It can be lower than 10% on enemies with lower health. For example:
    • Fallen Honor Guard has an increase of 10% for each player, increasing it by 7,500 in trio and 15,000 in quad.
    • Heavy and Skeleton have a a 8.3% increase for each player, increasing it by 5 in trio and 10 in quad.
    • There is an exception to this with the Abnormal, which increases its health to 9 in both trio and quad.
  • A set amount of health that is added on top of the previous increase, most often it is 5, 10 and 100. For example:
    • Fallen Honor Guard receives an additional 100 health on top of its regular increase, making the trio increase 7,600 and quad increase 15,100.
    • Heavy and Skeleton receive an additional 5 health on top of their regular increase, making the trio increase 10 and quad increase 15.
    • The Abnormal and Quick are an exception to this, as they do not appear to have this additional increase.
    • This health increase is not affected by Bloated.

In this mode, the Hidden Wave can be activated by following certain steps:

  • After voting Fallen mode, sending separate messages that contain these numbers in the chat: "120", "1" and "1009". On the last number, the screen will flash and a noise will play.
  • The base health should be set to one before reaching to Wave 40.
  • Defeat the Fallen King under 60 seconds without using consumables on Wave 40. If done successfully instead of dropping its sword and vanishing in a beam of light, it will survive, but smashing the ground enraged and retreating with its sword.
  • After completing Hidden Wave, the icon of RAIG mode on the difficulty select screen will change to the Awakened Fallen King.

Rewards

For former rewards, see this mode's Rewards page.

The game calculates how many  Coins and   EXP you receive based on how many waves you survived and if you won a match. During periods of 100% more   EXP (Friday – Sunday), any   EXP earned is multiplied by 2x through the XP Boost modifier. The VIP gamepass also multiplies any   EXP earned by 1.25x through the VIP Boost modifier. These two boosts are additive. Some maps like Mason Arch can also increase all rewards by a specific amount. Regular   EXP boosts are multiplicative with other modifiers.

Any rewards that end in a decimal point is rounded down, no matter the first figure of the leading decimal.

Rewards are calculated as:

Coins Reward EXP Reward
 850 ÷ (1 + [(40 ÷ Current Wave) - 1]^1.3) +  150 (Triumph Bonus)  200 EXP ÷ (1 + [(40 ÷ Current Wave) - 1]) +  50 EXP (Triumph Bonus)

Triumphing RAIG mode can give out an additional reward, which can be a crate, consumable or ticket. They are meant to be guaranteed, though due to a bug this does not always happen. These items are:

Wave Structure

Currently, Fallen Mode has two wave bonuses, based on the current wave. Between waves 1 to 30, the wave bonus is calculated as:

 $300 + ([Waves Completed - 1] ×  $60)^1.03

Between waves 31 and 40, it is calculated as:

 $300 + ([Waves Completed - 1] ×  $60)^1.07

Depending on player count, the wave bonus is reduced using multipliers. These multipliers are:

Players Reduction per Player Total Reduction
Solo 0% 0%
Duo 15% 30%
Trio 13% 39%
Quad 10% 40%

For example, on Wave 2, the wave bonus is  $367.84155407, rounded down to  $367. The full number is used in the equation. In duo, it is  $257 ( $367.84155407 × 0.7), in trio, it is  $224 ( $367.84155407 × 0.61), while in quad it is  $220 ( $367.84155407 × 0.6). The wave clear bonus appears when every enemy from that wave was killed and no damage was dealt to the base health. It is 40% of the wave bonus in solo, while for duo, trio and quad it is 20%.

Before 2nd of August 2024, the formula for calculating wave bonus on each wave was:

( $205 + (Waves Completed - 1) ×  $50) × (1 - 0.1 × Players)

The wave clear bonus appears when every enemy from that wave was killed. It is 35% of the wave bonus in solo, while for duo, trio and quad it is 20%.

Before 23rd of May 2024, the formula for calculating wave bonus on each wave is:

( $180 + ( $50 × Waves Completed)) ÷ Players

Before the Overhaul Update, it was calculated as:

( $40 - 4 × (Players - 1)) × Waves Completed

The waves in Fallen mode follow these timings:

Waves Wave Timer Skip Time[6]
1-6 1:00 0:19[7]
7 ∞ 0:19
8-14 1:00 0:19[7]

  • Originally, another theme was supposed to play between the waves, that being Duality. However, it was not accepted by Roblox as it was deemed too "high pitched".
