Castle Outskirts

Summary

Castle Outskirts was an versus map that uses a similar design style to Castle. The ground is grassy with a few trees planted. The main feature is the two large castle walls and the castle outpost in the corner. The map is surrounded by grassy hills.

The path starts and ends in tunnels inside the hills. It takes the perimeter route around the castle walls.

Strategy

The start or end of the map was where most of the ground towers should go due to main corners being here.
- If your tower has a large range, such as the Rocketeer, it can cover most of the map in the middle.
You can place Outlaws or Snipers on the castle walls or castle outpost.

Trivia

This map and Candy Valley (Versus) were the first (and probably only) versus maps to be added to the game.
- Both of these maps were removed as normal maps gained versus compatibility.
