Description

[edit]

PVP_9 was a test map for PVP Test.

Design & Path

[edit]

PVP_9 was a map split into two parts. These parts were identical, except one was colored red while the other was blue, and the sides were flipped. It was a basic baseplate with multiple cliffs on it, though none of them actually counted as cliff spots. There was a large brick next to the path, which acted as a cliff.

The path starts and ends at the edge of the map. The path itself is a large u-turn consisting of three straight paths.

Interactive Map

[edit]

The data map's source code no longer passes data validation. Please fix the errors.

Strategy

[edit]
  • Towers should be placed on the very center of the u-turn to maximize their range coverage.
  • The cliff spots inside the u-turn and the cliff spot outside the u-turn can both be extremely useful for towers such as Ranger, though it is to be noted they are rather limited in size.
  • Support towers, like the DJ Booth, should aim to cover all cliff spots and optimal ground spots.
  • Short range towers, like the Brawler and Warden should be placed on the corners of the u-turn.
    • This is especially recommended with towers like Sledger, as this map's path is quite short in length.

Trivia

[edit]
  • The intermission lobby lists SorenDerg as one of the creators. However, they were not actually involved in creating this map and have not even been active in the Tower Defense Simulator community since early 2023.
