The Scout has eight skins that can be unlocked from Skincrates.

0			Yellow skin, green shirt and sleeves, dark green pants and dark grey shoes. Wields an Makarov to attack enemies.
1			Black shades and gloves.
2			Dark green cap and black headset.
3			Red armor and knee-pads.
4			Now wields dual Makarovs.
5			Green riot helmet. Now wields dual Beretta 92s with green lasers.

Blue
