Skin Trivia

  • The DJ Booth plays a certain music track when placed down.
    • Some of the Default skin song vocals are from Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger by Daft Punk.
    • The Neon Rave skin song vocals are from Limb By Limb, but slightly edited.
    • The Neko skin song vocals are from Never Regret, but slightly edited.
    • On 29th of December 2021, the Ghost skin briefly used an edited version of The Only Thing They Fear Is You from DOOM Eternal due to a bug.
      • This track was likely used during the development and was added to the game by accident, as on leaks of the Ghost skin, the same track could be heard.
    • The Masquerade plays the Halloween 2020 Event lobby theme, though without the intro.
    • The DJ Booth has a gamepass that allows you to play your own custom music with it for Robux 150.
  • The DJ Booth's original design was loosely based on DJ Benjammin' skin from Bloons Tower Defense 6.
  • The first Level 2, 3 and 4 icons showed the DJ Booth with blue shades, even though the first version of the Default skin had white shades.
  • The Neko skin is based on Moneko from The Battle Cats.
  • The first version of the Default skin used to perform the Breakdown dance at Level 5.
  • On some gamepasses and thumbnails, the DJ Booth has an appearance that looks like a mix of the first version of the Level 4 and Level 5 Default skins.
    • This appearance was never seen in-game with any skin.
  • The Ghost skin was based on a Ghost DJ Booth Fan Art.
  • The Ghost skin guitar is modeled after a Fender Stratocaster.
  • The text on the first and second versions of the Level 5 Neko skin stage is "タワー防衛シミュレータ", with a cat paw on it. The text is Japanese, and when translated into English, it means "Tower Defense Simulator".
    • The decal of the text is flipped.
  • The Level 5 Plushie skin is a reference to Girlfriend from Friday Night Funkin.
  • The second upgrade icons for the DJ Booth depict the DJ Booth's appearance during Hardcore Testing BETA. Despite its appearance being changed in the Overhaul Update, the upgrade icons were not updated.
  • The Masquerade skin from Level 0-4 conducts in cut time.
  • The Neko skin at Level 0-3 performs the 科目三 (Subject Three in English) dance.
  • The Neko skin's shirt reads out "Salmon" in Japanese, specifically hiragana (さけ).
  • The Neon Rave skin is based on K/DA Akali from League of Legends.
  • The current Default skin was originally referred to as Classic rather than Default.
  • The Mako skin is based on Hatsune Miku. The design appears to be based on the 2023 Magical Mirai version of her.
    • The name of the soundtrack that it plays, Intergalactic Bond, is a reference to Intergalactic Bound.
    • It was voiced by Phoqus, who then put a voice filter over.[1]
    • Weirdly, it has a different face on its game icon and thumbnail.
  • The vocalist for Garage Band skin's soundtrack is Jamie B. Jordan, a singer and vocalist for the band Skies Turn Black.
  • The Ducky skin is based on a submission made by superbonk06.

Roblox Catalog

  • The first version of the Level 0-5 Neon Rave skin used a re-textured version of the ): Red Grind accessory from the Roblox catalog.
    • The first version of the Level 0-5 Neon Rave skin used the Neon Nights: Half Mask accessory from the Roblox catalog.
    • The Neko skin previously used the Super Super Happy Face from the Roblox catalog.
    • The cat ears used by the first and second Level 0-1 Neko skin are the Blossom White Cat Ears accessory form the Roblox catalog.
    • The hair used by the first and second version Level 0-4 Neko skin is a re-textured version of the Platinum Short Style accessory from the Roblox catalog.
  • The 4-5 versions of the Level 5 Default and 1-2 versions of Neko skin shades are the Crimson Thug Shades accessory from the Roblox catalog.
