Description

[edit]

The Bat was an enemy that appeared in the third and fourth night of the Solar Eclipse Event. It did not spawn naturally and was instead spawned by the Vampire on death. While it had lower health than the Vampire, it had faster speed. Additionally, it was a Flying enemy, so most towers could not attack it.

Appearance

[edit]

The Bat was a humanoid bat. It had dark purple skin with fur around its neck and black bat wings. It also had purple hair and red glowing eyes.

Strategy

[edit]
  • Towers such as the Ace Pilot and Pursuit are recommended against this enemy.
    • These towers can also deal splash damage, allowing them to clear out hordes of Bats faster.
  • The Ranger and Hunter, paired with the Commander's Call to Arms ability, can perform well against these enemies.
  • The Mortar may not be a very good choice because of its slow firerate and lack of damage.
    • Additionally, Mortar's projectile explodes on the ground. At low levels, the Mortar may only deal small amounts of damage to the Bat.
  • The Bat can get hit by a Level 4+ Electroshocker in its chain reaction.
  • The Pyromancer can set this on fire if there is another detectable enemy near it.
    • However, it can only set the Bat on fire at Level 5, as the flames are too small to hit the Bat at any level below Level 5.
  • Despite being a flying enemy, units from the Classic Military Base and from the regular Crook Boss can still collide with it, though they cannot detect it.
