Description

[edit]

The Splitter, internally referred to as Hex Corpse, is an enemy that appears in Polluted Wasteland II. It has a high amount of health and quite fast speed. Upon death, it will split in half, changing itself into the Lower Body, while also summoning the Split, which is referred to as Lower Body by the game when summoned by it. The Splitter will also gain 800 health from this ability.

The Splitter can be summoned by the Nuclear Monster with its Nuclear Summon ability.

Appearance

[edit]

The Splitter has black skin and giant teeth covering face. It wears torn brown clothes. Its torso is cut in half. Upon turning into the Lower Body, its entire upper body disappears, leaving only its lower torso and legs.

Strategy

[edit]
  • Multiple high DPS towers, like the Pursuit, Accelerator, Ranger and Engineer are recommended to take down the Splitter.
  • Support towers like the Commander and DJ Booth can be useful at boosting the DPS of your towers.
  • As this enemy is quite fast, slowing towers like the Electroshocker and Freezer can be very useful against this.
    • Multiple such towers can also be used to drop its defense.
  • As it has the Burn Immunity, it cannot be set on fire, also making it immune to having its defense reduced through burn.
