Redcliff Traitor (The Hunt: Mega Edition) was previously removed from the game on the 24th of March 2025 as it was part of the The Hunt: Mega Edition Event, though it has been made available through the Sandbox mode.
It is not accessible anywhere else in the game, aside from in Sandbox Mode. This page will attempt to include information about both the version before removal and its re-added version.

Description

The Redcliff Traitor was an enemy that appeared in The Hunt: Mega Edition Event. It also appears in The Classic Event missions as part of Sandbox mode. It has a high amount of health, higher than the Korblox Warrior, and a quick speed for its health, having the same speed as the Korblox Soul.

Logbook Description

"The Redcliff Traitor comprises both high ranking Korblox and Redcliff warriors. Forcibly merged by a powerful entity, there may be greater threats lurking in the shadows—dangers that both empires have yet to notice."

Appearance

The Redcliff Traitor has tan and blue skin. It wears full body armor, which consists of a helmet, chestplate, leggings, shoulder-pads and shoes. This armor is split into two halves. The first half is based around the armor worn by the Redcliff faction, while the second by the Korblox faction. The Redcliff part is colored red and gold while the Korblox part is colored dark blue and grey. The Korblox part also has multiple dark blue and blue horns on it. The emblems of the two factions are also visible on its armor.

Event Strategy

As this enemy only appears through Sandbox mode, no strategy section is made for its current version. Instead, a strategy section for the one that appeared without Sandbox mode in Korblox Temple is listed instead.

• Multiple early-game towers, like the Militant, Shotgunner, Medic or Brawler can be useful against this.
• High DPS towers like the Minigunner, Golden Minigunner, Turret or Accelerator can kill this quite quickly.
• As the Redcliff Traitor has multiple immunities, it is significantly harder to slow down.
  • It cannot be frozen, chilled or knocked back by towers. Additionally, stuns only slow it down instead of fully stunning it.
