Description

The Werewolf was a fast enemy that appeared in the second act of the Lunar Overture Event. It was one of the fastest enemies that appeared in the second act, while also having a high amount of health and a small amount of defense, making it quite dangerous. It also had Stun Immunity, which made the Electroshocker and Warden slow down the Werewolf instead of fully stopping it.

Appearance

The Werewolf was a large, humanoid wolf with a waist, lower arms and lower legs in its rig. It had dark brown fur on its body as well as light grey belly fur. It had a tail, three long pale yellow claws at the ends of its arms, four short pale yellow claws on its feet, a muzzle with teeth, ears with white fur, glowing blue eyes and a bushy tail. It left a trail of wind particles as it ran.

The Werewolf had a death animation where it would kneel while making a howling sound.

Strategy

• High DPS towers like the Accelerator, Golden Minigunner, Ranger, Minigunner or Pursuit are recommended against the Werewolf.
  • The Commander and DJ Booth can be useful at boosting their firerate and range respectively.
• As this enemy is quite fast, slowing towers like the Sledger, Warden or Electroshocker can be useful against it.
  • Do note that as the Werewolf is a large enemy, making freezing towers and the Warden slow it down for a shorter amount of time.
  • The Werewolf also has the Stun Immunity, meaning that it cannot be completely stopped by the Warden and Electroshocker, only being slowed down.
  • Some of the slowing towers, like the Electroshocker and Freezer can also decrease defense, though since it has a pretty low defense, this is not necessary.
