Painter was previously removed from the game on the 11th of March 2026 as it was part of the The Final Act Event, though it has been made available through the Sandbox mode.
It is not accessible anywhere else in the game, aside from in Sandbox Mode. This page will attempt to include information about both the version before removal and its re-added version.

Abilities

Description

The Painter was an enemy that is an enemy that appeared in The Narratorium as a part of The Final Act Event. It had a decently high amount of health and an average speed.

The Painter has two abilities. The first ability is Summon, which makes it summon different enemies. These enemies can be Actor1 (60% chance), Actor2 (30% chance) and Actor3 (10% chance). The second ability is Paint Splatter which makes it splatter paint on a tower, which on impact causes it to fly in four different directions, creating a cross. Any tower hit will receive a 33% Scared Debuff for 8 seconds, while units receive 1,600 damage. This ability has a spread radius of 15.

Logbook Description

"The Painters are known for being the actual legends in their field. When they are around, things just become cooler. The Producer would run to Narrator and tell him, 'Honey, we have guests. Bring out the fine paintings.'"

Appearance

The Painter is an object-headed robot with an easel for a head. This easel has a canvas with three possible faces that can appear. It has a grey body, green shirt, blue pants, grey shoes and a black vest. It has two paint cans on its back and a paint brush in its right hand.

Strategy

As this enemy only appears through Sandbox mode, no strategy section is made for its current version. Instead, a strategy section for the one that appeared without Sandbox mode in The Narratorium is listed instead.

• Due to their late debut, Painters usually are not all too threatening with their relatively slow speed. However, be aware of the various actors they summon through their Summon ability.
  • As one of the Actors summoned has Splash Damage Immunity, explosive towers are not always the best choice, though are still quite effective.
• While usually not problematic, Painters still have decently high health and appear in small groups, so your typical high damage towers will have to deal with them.
  • Accelerator, Golden Minigunner, and Ranger are all more than enough to handle them alone, especially when paired with other towers or each other.

• The final sentence of the Logbook description is a bring out the fine china meme.
  • The faces seen on the enemy are also used on a version of this meme containing mugs and plates containing these three faces, meaning these two references are likely connected.
• All the faces the Painter can have are Roblox faces which became memes. These can be the The Winning Smile, Man Face and Woman Face
• In the Spotlight's Logbook entry, they are referred to as the Painter Men.
