Spotlight (Enemy)
Spotlight (Enemy) was previously removed from the game on the 11th of March 2026 as it was part of the The Final Act Event, though it has been made available through the Sandbox mode.
It is not accessible anywhere else in the game, aside from in Sandbox Mode. This page will attempt to include information about both the version before removal and its re-added version.

Description
[edit]Spotlight was a support that appeared in The Narratorium as a part of The Final Act Event. It was a large flying enemy that had significantly higher health but slower speed than the Performer that appeared before it. It has one ability, where it casts light from its spotlight head to heal enemies by 40 health every 0.2 tick. This ability has a range of 15 and a spotlight radius of 15.
Logbook Description
[edit]"The Spotlight is a flying enemy with a large spotlight for a head that illuminates Narrator's stage. The Spotlight has the ability to heal other enemies, making it a priority target. Sometimes, the Painter Men will stand beneath it to paint on their canvas faces."
Appearance
[edit]The Spotlight is a humanoid object-headed robot which has a giant spotlight instead of a head. It has black arms and a floating ring above it. It wears a red shirt, blue pants and black shoes. Using its spotlight head, it will cast light on enemies near it.
Strategy
[edit]As this enemy only appears through Sandbox mode, no strategy section is made for its current version. Instead, a strategy section for the one that appeared without Sandbox mode in The Narratorium is listed instead.
- Spotlights themselves are not a threat due to their mediocre speed and comparatively low health, rather becoming a problem through their main ability, In The Spotlight. This ability heals any enemies in a radius, which can become a major issue if left unattended.
- The Ranger can quickly deal with them, though due to their slowness, enemies being healed will likely need to be cleared out first.
- The Mortar is also particularly effective, thanks to being indiscriminate towards the concept of crowds.
- The Pursuit can also be used, as it has flying detection, full map wide range through its Reposition and it has missiles that allow it to deal damage to both the Spotlight and the enemies it is healing.
- The Firework Technician can be used to give towers flying detection if needed.
- The UAV can also be used, but only in the Easy difficulty.

Trivia
[edit]- The Spotlight is the largest enemy in the game to always have the Flying attribute.
- Counting enemies that have Flying added through abilities, the Frost Spirit takes this spot instead.
- Adding onto this, the Spotlight is one of the largest non-boss enemies in the entire game, possibly only being beaten out by the Null Accelerator or Null Necromancer.
- The Spotlight is unaffected by enemy appearance modifiers, such as Talk Like a Pirate Day.
